Discover the world of printmaking at West Yorkshire Print Workshop! Learn about endangered heritage crafts such as letterpress printing and see behind the scenes with open doors to some of our print facilities and studios. Come and get inky fingers!
We will be throwing the doors open so you can see behind the scenes, meet artists and makers and take away some printmaking ideas to try at home. See some of the old wooden letter types and learn how to put them together on a galley and run through the press to print words and names. Come and get inky fingers and have a sneaky look into some of the artist’s studios on site too!
