Rachel Hill

Rachel Hill is a Nottingham born printmaker and illustrator, who specialises in relief printmaking. Rachel studied at Edinburgh College of Art and The Royal College of Art, where she fell in love with the methodical and unpredictable nature of reduction linocut. Rachel’s work is inspired by botanical and medical illustration, and she has enjoyed teaching creative workshops for the Natural History Museum, the V&A and Royal Surgeons Hall. When she’s not covered in ink, Rachel also works as the Membership Director at the Association of Illustrators, helping illustrator’s to develop their own business practice.
