Talking Art: Katherine Jones, Thursday 6th May 2021, 7.30-8.30pm

Katherine Jones is a British printmaker and painter living and working in Brixton, London. Her work revolves around perceptions of safety and danger, focusing on ordinary objects, spaces and buildings as a framework to begin to question these themes. Her approach to the work, which combines traditional forms of intaglio and relief print, is direct and painterly.

She is the recipient of numerous awards and her work is held in public collections worldwide including the V&A prints and drawings collection, The Ashmolean Museum, Yale University Library and Pallant House Gallery.
