Tracy Hill is a visual artist and research associate at Artlab Contemporary Print Studios at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston.
Through drawing, print and installation she reconsiders perceptions of landscape. Specifically, combining traditional processes with digital technologies to expand interpretations of liminal landscapes exploring how digital interpretation can expand human perception and understanding.
Tracy is a recipient of several awards including European Printmaking Award at International Print Triennial Krakow (2018), Awagami Paper Award at Flourish Award exhibition (2017) and is shortlisted for the Triennale e Gravure 2020 Prize/ Triennial of Prints 2020, (currently postponed due to Covid until 2021). Her works are exhibited internationally and held in multiple collections including: University Gallery Newcastle NSW, International Print Triennial Krakow and China Printmaking Museum, Shenzhen.
