Talking Art Sessions
Continue your journey of exploring fresh print inspiration in our ongoing Talking Art series, with Katherine Jones.
Katherine Jones is a British printmaker and painter living and working in Brixton, London. Her work revolves around perceptions of safety and danger, focusing on ordinary objects, spaces and buildings as a framework to begin to question these themes. Her approach to the work, which combines traditional forms of intaglio and relief print, is direct and painterly.
She is the recipient of numerous awards and her work is held in public collections worldwide including the V&A prints and drawings collection, The Ashmolean Museum, Yale University Library and Pallant House Gallery.
We are excited to be in conversation with Katherine and we’d love for you to join us! Discover what inspires Katherine on and off the printing press, followed by questions from the audience (that could be you!).

It’s an exciting opportunity to get up close and personal (from a distance, of course!) and better understand printmaking and printmakers. Whether new to print making or an experienced technician, mix up your routine with a Talking Art session.
We can’t wait to see you!
