WYPW Art Raffle – Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
• WYPW staff are not eligible to enter. 

3. Raffle Tickets

• Each ticket costs £5 and is non-refundable.
• There is no limit to the number of tickets purchased per person.
• Ticket sales open on [March 06, 2025] and close at midnight on April 29, 2025.

4. Prize Draw & Announcement

• The draw will take place on April 30, 2025, and will be conducted live on WYPW’s social media platforms.
• Winners will be randomly selected using a fair draw system.
• The order of prizes drawn:
  1. Ray Mutimer – Postman Pat Illustration
  2. Ray Mutimer – Rupert Bear Illustration
  3. John Lewis Print
  4. Dorrie King Print
  5. Clare Grace Set of Prints

5. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within this time, a new winner may be drawn.
• Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

6. How Funds Are Used

• The upkeep of WYPW’s printmaking spaces
• Providing technical assistance to artists
• Supporting free and accessible family workshops

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• WYPW will only use personal information for the purposes of administering the raffle.
• Entrant details will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required.

8. Governing Law

• This raffle is governed by UK law.
• By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
