Meet our new Director, Natalie Rudd

A new director has taking up the baton – with over 25 years of expertise in strategic leadership, public engagement, and inclusive programming, we welcome Natalie Rudd to West Yorkshire Print Workshop!

Natalie Rudd is a curator and writer specialising in modern and contemporary art. She has held curatorial positions at Arts Council Collection, Tate Liverpool and the University of Manchester. As Senior Curator of the Arts Council Collection, Natalie managed the centre for sculpture at Longside, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and produced many touring exhibitions and learning programmes. Natalie recently completed a PhD at the University of Birmingham.

“I am delighted to be joining the West Yorkshire Print Workshop as Director. I look forward to working closely with the team, the board and the organisation’s members, stakeholders and partners. For over forty years, West Yorkshire Print Workshop has provided rich opportunities for artists and audiences to engage with printmaking in its many forms. Building on this legacy and Yorkshire’s strong printmaking heritage, I am excited to shape a sustainable future for the organisation, one that champions creativity, nurtures participation, and connects our community locally, nationally and beyond.”
