Kids Summer Workshops : Print, Music & Movement

Get ready for an incredible line-up of printing workshops that are perfect to keep the kids busy this summer. As part of the Kirklees year of music, our super-talented Creative Producer Vicki has prepared a series of exciting printmaking activities that will leave you smiling from ear to ear.
Imagine the thrill of making your own band posters using screen printing. Plus, you can try your hand at cool dry point etching on CDs and Vinyl records. And if you’re a music fanatic, get ready to print out your absolute favourite song lyrics with the help of the Adana letter press. It’s going to be a blast!
Mark your calendars for selected Thursdays and Saturdays throughout the school summer holidays! We’ve got some incredible free & bookable sessions lined up, but hurry, spaces are limited! Each bookable session costs just £7, and they’re specially designed for awesome kids aged 7-16. Trust us, you don’t want to miss out on this creative extravaganza!
But wait, there’s more! We’ve got FREE drop-in sessions on Saturday, August 5th and 19th, perfect for kids aged 5 and above along with their families can print using recycled collagraphs as well as tetra pack printing. Themes include exploring The Sea & Lolly’s and Ice Creams.
